Account Cancellation Policy

Account Creation: Users must create an account to access certain features of RedFlix Music.
Access Rights: Once registered, users can log in and access their purchased subscriptions, playlists, and recommendations from any compatible device.
Device Limits: For security and licensing purposes, we may limit the number of devices linked to your account.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Suspension of Access: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if a user violates our [Terms of Service], [Content Policy], or applicable laws.

You can cancel your RedFlix Music subscription at any time through:

The account settings in the RedFlix Music app or website
Your App Store or Google Play subscription settings (if purchased via in-app payment)
Contacting us directly at support@redflixmedia.in

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
No further charges will be applied after cancellation, unless you re-subscribe.
We do not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods unless required by law.

You may request permanent deletion of your account by emailing support@redflixmedia.in.
Upon termination, all your saved playlists, preferences, and account history will be deleted, except as required for legal or compliance purposes.

Refunds are only granted if required by law or if a technical issue on our side prevents you from using the service after payment.
If purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests must be made directly through those platforms, as they manage billing.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
