Delete Account & Data Removal Policy
1. Purpose
This policy explains how users can request account deletion and removal of personal data from RedFlix Music in compliance with data protection laws, including GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and applicable international privacy regulations.
2. User Rights
You have the right to:
Permanently delete your RedFlix Music account.
Request removal of your personal information from our systems.
Receive confirmation when your data has been deleted.
3. How to Request Account Deletion
You can delete your account by:
Logging into the RedFlix Music app or website.
Navigating to Account Settings → Delete Account (if available).
Or, sending an email to support@redflixmedia.in with the subject “Delete My Account” from your registered email address.
4. Processing Timeline
We will verify your identity before processing the request.
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.
You will receive an email confirmation once the account is deleted.
5. What Happens After Deletion
All your playlists, preferences, and personal account information will be permanently removed.
Transaction records may be retained as required by law (e.g., tax compliance).
Data that cannot identify you personally may be kept for analytics or service improvement.
6. Exceptions
We may refuse deletion requests if:
The request is fraudulent or cannot be verified.
